Staying in Wellington

For at least another year.

A quote from an old hit T.V. series: It's the end of an era!

Yes, Simon has officially moved out of the flat now and in his place we have the beautiful Yat Wan! We will miss Simon: the way he makes all the girls laugh, the way he moves across the lounge with his long legs, the way he took us to the supermarket every weekend and begged for the one or two things that he really wanted - I gave in a couple of times.

Now, it is the beginning of a new era! Hehe, I imagine I can come back to the office late at night now... I have to keep Yat and Ozge company ;)

Summer is here... holidays were different...

I'm back from holiday in Hamilton. This year was very different. I went back and realised - damn, all my friends have left!! And I was stuck inside most of the time trying to finish the interim report for my job at Rawleigh's - Good Health Products. It's a good company =P

I ended up staying home most of the time lounging around or doing work... like trying to match 6 internships with Fonterra. Mega-fun some of the time, ultra-fustrating some of the other times. But I'd have to raise my champagne glass to Yat Wan for raising them for us!

Went up to Auckland a couple of times; I went and saw the Da Vinci exhibit at the Auckland Museum. There were some amazing inventions there. Spent a lot of time with Satwant and some time with JP, my best friends - the only ones left in Hamilton.

Bah! That was about it. I am used to having Summers filled with stuff to do! Hanging out with friends, going to the inner city, watching movies, shopping, beach... oh well. I still enjoyed the rest =)

Oh... ended the holiday with a nice stay in Taupo too. Climbed up Mt Tauhara twice!
